Dr Johan Borman is the founder and Managing Director of Winelands Dentistry. He envisions building a high-quality, multi-location general dental group serving the Cape Winelands region. His clinical work is focused exclusively on adult patients and includes general dentistry, computer-assisted (digital dentistry) treatments for broken teeth, minor dental surgery, dental implant surgery, wisdom tooth removal, as well as orthodontics (for both children and adults) and clear aligner therapy. Dr Borman does not perform routine paediatric dentistry, root canal treatments, dentures, or advanced cosmetic work. In addition to his role at Winelands Dentistry, he assists in maxillofacial surgery at Mediclinic Vergelegen, Mediclinic Stellenbosch, Cure Day Hospital, and Busamed. As Managing Director, Dr Borman is dedicated to positioning Winelands Dentistry as the preferred general dental provider across the Western Cape

Dr. Tilana Swartz is one of the associate dentists at Winelands Dentistry, well-loved by the community for her gentle and compassionate approach. She provides all aspects of general and pediatric dentistry, including checkups with cleanings, fillings, dentures, root treatments, and extractions.
Dr. Swartz has also completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Advanced Restorative Dentistry at the prestigious Implant & Aesthetic Academy in Cape Town. With this advanced training, she is now able to treat complex cases involving severely broken or worn-down teeth, as well as provide high-quality cosmetic solutions for patients looking to enhance their smiles.
